Can you define your term ‘gender’ as it is used in so many different ways? Some use it as a synonym for sex. Others precisely as a set of socially constructed stereotypes associated with sexes. We need precision before we can address this. And precision in itself may do so.

What’s surprising, reading that doc, is that the UN will pay transitioning, and associated, medical costs for employees and spouses. Are there any other employers that do this?
