But there is an imbalance where one conversation (why sex matters) can only take place covertly whereas the other (its all about gender identity) is celebrated, funded, promoted. For orgs & networks to learn the first conversation needs to come into the open.
I was disappointed to see Financial Conduct Authority's @TheFCA regulator of UK financial services annual report on diversity & inclusion has "gender" as 1 of protected characteristics. Also talk about "identifying as female".
