I do disagree, yes. It is possible to express a gender critical view in a less offensive way. That these are statements of fact (as I stated at the start) doesn't meant they do not (foreseeably, and deliberately) give offence.

No. But if you can express the same gender critical view whilst giving either no or less offence, that is the morally correct course, all other things being equal.

Sure but in practice you can't say the definition of woman at all without giving offence. The offence taking dial has been turned to 10 for every possible expression of it. So using the offence taking as a measure of the morality of the people using the definition will be off.
