You said there is a word for most female people, but it excludes some female people and includes some male people. I am asking you if there is a word for female people which includes all female people and excludes all male people?

And laws to protect people's rights against discrimination because of being a member of this group (in fact there are), and services provided only for people in this group where justified, and that they should have freedom of association... and for all this a name is crucial...
Since you say this group does not have a name, I am trying to be clear about the group we are talking about and defining that as X ok?

The group is people with female anatomy. i.e. female people. And this in your terms includes all cis women, all trans men and some non binary people. Are you ok with that category as 'X' for our purposes?
