For eg. I would say the category of people w the capacity (if everything is working) to produce ova & gestate a pregnancy are "women" Presumably you wld say this category of people does not have a single word but is "cis women, trans men & some non-binary people" Is that right?

OK, so your answer is no, there isn't a word for female people (obviously we disagree on this but lets just get it clear).
Can you please answer my actual question. Not a different question. Is there a single word which it is acceptable to use for all female people, which excludes all male people?

OK. So this is the basis of our disagreement. I as a member of the category of people with female anatomy (I would call this 'women', you say this group is nameless 'X'), believe that there needs to be political and scientific analysis of the situation of this group ....
