Your theory that the only people who have an observable female gender identity are males, and yet this phenomena of gender identity is the *only* thing that defines women is unworkable, since in practice we know that sex matters.

No you really haven't. I am asking is there a single word for the category of human beings which encompasses female people and excludes all male people?

For eg. I would say the category of people w the capacity (if everything is working) to produce ova & gestate a pregnancy are "women" Presumably you wld say this category of people does not have a single word but is "cis women, trans men & some non-binary people" Is that right?
