So the biological reality which you say defines womanhood (i.e. gender identity), can *only* be studied in those populations where it is observable i.e. transwomen

I am a woman because I am female. If I was raised "as a boy" and had mutliating surgeries done to my body I would still be female and still be a woman, because it is not possible for human beings to actually change sex -- see how that works?
Professionals who tragically thought that by surgically mutliating a child's genitalia and sterilising them that you could actually change their sex.
