You said gender identity is "a biological reality. Observable". Well I say I don't have one, but you say you do. So there ought to be a biologically observable difference between people who have one and people who don't?
...but that drawing any conclusions about the biological reality of the large group "female people" from studying a much smaller group which does not overlap with it "male people who want to be treated as if they were female people" is unjustified

The point is the groups "boys who are transgender" and "female children have no overlap or relationship. You say that the *only* thing that defines female children as as girls is their gender identity, but that this is unobservable in female children
