Aidan. Read the words. It does not say that being trans is a belief. It says believing that gender identity is what makes someone a man or a woman is a belief.

There should also be an acceptance that just because there are a small number of trans people who can overcome their gender dysphoria to the point that they can for example use male facilities if they a trans woman does not mean that all will be able to.
....therefore unisex , single user facilities should be provided wherever possible as an alternative.

I would have no issue with universal adoption of high quality unisex facilities for all. I think most if not all would choose to use a wholly private space to maintain our most intimate needs.
