Would be great, Adam, if you could address the tweets over several months pointing out that your human rights charity is constantly shilling for pimps and is now headed by a rank misogynist. Rights info is re-tweeting its horrendous prostitution stuff *again* today.
Coffee is against my human rights. Tea, please.
I appreciate this is something you feel strongly about but sending abusive and inaccurate tweets about RI's CEO isn't making me want to listen or meet you for any kind of hot drink I'm afraid
Please Adam can you tell us what is the *right* way to raise the issue, so that you might listen?
The issue being that Rights Info's CEO condones use of a term associated w threats of violence against women & that your charity has a policy of not including any opinions that are gender critical or that disagree with legalising prostitution and pimping?
Do you mean trans critical? I've never seen someone who claims to be "gender critical" do anything other than hate on trans people. Also, my understanding is that making sex work illegal actually leads to more women harmed. The stats I've seen seem to show that.
Here are two of the speeches from the @Womans_Place_UK meeting in Brighton https://womansplaceuk.org/2019/09/26/i-am-not-your-enemy-lets-talk/ …
https://womansplaceuk.org/2019/09/25/dear-labour-party/ …
I don't hear "hate" here.https://womansplaceuk.org/2019/09/26/a-womans-place-is-at-conference/ …
I mean, pushing the idea I'm a sexist sterotype, is pretty hateful. They're lying about my existance, and they imply I'm a danger to other women, akin to 80s homophobia.
Stereotypes are ideas. People are human beings. You seem to be muddling up categories. You are not an idea. The fact of your existence does not depend on other people sharing your beliefs. Not sharing other peoples beliefs is not hatred.
