I worked for a think tank that does not take institutional positions and has a high degree of tolerance for robust disagreement (although it turned out, not on this issue). Tribunal will determine if treatment of me was discrimination (PH in November!) ....
...but many, many people are silenced, including those in frontline jobs serving vulnerable people affected by these policies. There shouldnt be a difficult choice between raising safeguarding concerns & engaging in democratic debate --- and keeping your job.
