You know what, I’m going to delete the rest of my tweets on this thread- I just don’t want to spend my whole Sunday arguing about this, as it’s clearly going nowhere. People who are convinced that there’s an evil ‘trans agenda’ are going to stay convinced.
After *no one* said "evil trans agenda" and lots of people cogently pointed out actual harm to children. "I don't see the harm"-> "Here's the harm"->"Let's not waste our time talking about that". It's not like it matters, or anything

If a boy likes things that are socially constructed as ‘for girls’ - or vice versa - should we capitulate to that cultural wrong & view him through the eyes of that sexist society too, thereby entrenching that sexism?
