Agree. In general schools should attach no privileges or status, stigma or punishment to children for conforming to, or not conforming to, gender stereotypes associated with their sex, or with the opposite sex.
Where they treat girls & boys differently (e.g. in sports & changing) this should be because it is objectively justified. This is about the type of bodies they have not their identification with gender stereotypes!
