Yes it makes no sense to treat building a factory same as registering a holding company.       Well, the editors are obviously posing two extremes for the purpose of making a point.       Yes but the actual article doesn't follow from the research!       Interesting - will read. But we have known that much is amok with the international finance stats (FDI and much more). So your point would be that this is not the smoking gun they make it out to be? And that they are exaggerating the claims?
