As to “sex is a spectrum”, I haven’t argued that & I haven’t seen it argued. Sexual categories can be multiple, or fuzzy, without there being a “spectrum”. You may find it less sickening if you engage with what people actually say, rather than what you imagine lies behind.
The tweet suggests that people with intersex conditions whose bodies are born with ova are not in the category "human females" and people with intersex conditions whose bodies produce sperm are not in the category "human males".
