But also interestingly the number for 2016 has gone down by almost half from the number for 2010-2014. (where it was $7.4bn/ year). What is going on? I'm curious!

I'm sure all kinds of customs fraud goes on. I'm just not sure that these numbers tell you anything about it. [And they defiantly don't tell you anything about transfer mispricing ]
