Exclusion of transwomen from women’s spaces has to be objectively justified and can be challenged. For true balance inclusion of transwomen into women’s spaces has to be objectively justified but where the transwoman has a GRC, women cannot enforce their rights to balance.
Isn't it that provision of single/seperate sex services have to be objectively justified? Not exclusion of any particular individual male person.
I believe it is, a GRC is not a magic top trumps card that overrides women's rights. There is no hierarchy of protected characteristics & sometimes exclusion is necessary. The needs of the many sometimes outweigh the needs of the few.
