Arthur Andersen was a relatively homogenous business though . Oxfam is more diverse in its operations & footprint -- with quite different things going on in one place to another

Not my area of experience, obviously, but all the commercial ones I worked for/with had a definite culture, though Andersen’s was admittedly a strong example. But cultures are more insidious than we think and we kid ourselves that we’re not influenced.
