TBH the doubling down is helpful in one way. The multiple errors (another example you pointed out, the repeated 'Equalities Act' for another eg., are either careless or show a lack of neutrality, which do affect credibility for a 'fact checking' source of any kind.

That's a really misleading tweet. It implies fathers are also entitled to SMP and Maternity Allowance which they are not. @rights_info might want to check @MaternityAction advice sheets on leave and pay for new parents.
And the sentence is so badly written it could be one of mine
To be fair, I took six months shared parental leave and got 3 months statutory shared parental pay. Defined in law as a "curtailment" of my partner's maternity leave/pay. This is not to condone other female-erasing language, I should add.
And someone managed to leave mother/mater in there (maternity) anyway; oh, the horror !
Only women can get statutory maternity pay, but a woman could get statutory paternity pay (in a same sex relationship).
