Yes. the trouble is the old guidance is still current. And it still says things like this.... (which does not from the Equality Act and is not workable in most situations) New guidance will need to be in line with the Equality Act (and then the old guidance should be revised)pic.twitter.com/ohhlsz4VP5

"....on the basis of their "legal" sex" - IF they're allowed to change the sex on their birth certificates, that won't help you. What Blanchard calls "legal fiction" is a big problem.

Aimee Channellor is legally a woman now. Doesn't really feel that women's rights are being protected when people with penises can be legally declared female.
