It should reject the idea that it is ‘transphobic’ to recognise the protected characteristic of sex, and include ‘gender critical’ women and women’s organisations in the development of the new guidance.

I might of misunderstood, but I had thought the ‘case by case’ was intended to be ‘service by service’ not ‘person by person’ and was misinterpreted. Did I get that wrong? (Don’t think service by service works either, but interested in the intent of the previous guidance)

The old guidance suggests it is on an individual basis. But this doesn't make sense & is completely unworkable in most situations. I agree with you, I think the correct reading of EqA is service-by-service (or for charities can be the whole org if single sex is in their objects)pic.twitter.com/Q7QJeWbkvC
