The Women & Equalities Select Committee might also recognise that it's a nonsense to regard anyone's claimed gender as anything other than a form of self-expression and that it's no more incumbent on us to accept they've changed sex than that the moon's made of cheese.

I think first thing is to encourage the govt to respond to WESC report with a strong push to the EHRC for a new Code of Practice with broad scope (not just refuges) & clarity about protected characteristic of sex -- i'm going to write to Victoria Atkins and my MP for a start
