Bravo ! the wisdom of Sticker Woman !
The Women and Equalities Selelect Committee inquiry on the Equality Act found that it is not transphobic to provide single sex services for women only. And it asks the @EHRC to provide guidance. Its almost as if #stickerwoman was right

I like the suggestion by Karon Monaghan of “carving out” exceptions allowing services to apply a blanket policy. The clearer the boundaries the easier for all & least risk to females.

I think it needs to start from the principal that single sex services and charities are *already* carved out, in relation to the protected characteristic of sex.
