Why are so many British women TERFs?
I'm going with small island, secular, English speaking (so front row seats for the mess in Canada & US), national health service (makes stepping out of line less scary).

I am French and although the trans madness is starting to make an appearance in France i am convinced it will never take hold in French society. We have a socialist tradition (class analysis) and are secular. We understand facts, reject beliefs and are not PC at all.

Yes..I've noticed countries with strong religious influences (of most faiths) fall hard for the trans ideology - (presumably bc of rigid sex stereotyped and intense homophobia). But had never thought of the English speaking part..very true

Secular certainly helps. If you've already been conditioned to one flavour of faith-over-reason, how much easier for another to slide under your radar? Good points about English/NHS too, hadn't considered those but obvious once you pointed it out.
