Perhaps you just agree on most issues and disagree on this one? It doesn’t necessarily mean you’re wise and he isn’t...

Eminently possible but to not even acknowledge (despite being repeated told & balancing conflicts of rights is accepted law) that a legitimate counter position from many mainstream women exists is problematic. To then even omit sex as a p.c. evidences sex discrimination

But of course I keep an eye on content and complaints which come in re the charity, and try to ensure as a small charity we keep to our legal+governance obligations. The team work hard to achieve balance and present a human rights perspective, as is the point of

The team's output has never shown balance, evidenced by the lack of any contribution from gender critical position despite it being probably being the fastest growing HR lobbying movement/discrimination issue in the country currently, & campaigns re sport, education, health etc.

The response to our complaint essentially concluded the team did not recognise any conflict between trans rights and women's sex based rights, which given the HR case in Canada of Yaniv, and Maya Forsteters (sp?) ongoing claim to ET seems dogmatic

Adam: the point is the org has a policy of no-platforming and dismissing the concerns of gender critical people (or "TERFs" as the CEO calls them) . This is a policy decision at board level (or by omission by not addressing the pattern in practice)

"The team work hard to achieve balance" is not compatible with the site not ever including gender critical views. Unless one sees those views as akin to nazism/facism/literal violence etc.. which is the argument that has been made for "no debate with TERFs"

If the board stand by the "No TERFs on our site" policy of management they should say so and justify it in line with your mission. Or they should change it. Saying/doing nothing means allowing the first approach.
