You either believe that: 1. Penises can be female, and females offering female-only services can be compelled by law to handle them -or- 2. Females must be allowed to recognise and refuse to handle male genitalia. It’s *that* simple.

No, but GPs can be asked to examine for say STIs, testicular cancer. Do GPs refuse on grounds they’re too squeamish to touch genitals? Wouldn’t last long in job
