No I am arguing that my belief is covered under the Equality Act 2010 protected characteristic of "religion or belief". This does not imply or require lack of evidence underpinning the belief.
In any case your beliefs are not compatible with the fundamental rights of other people therefore are NOT protected!
Well that is for the Employment Tribunal to decide. Which makes it an important test case for establishing a precedent for how organisations can avoid discriminating both against people who believe that gender identity is important, and people who don't share that belief.
