doesn't matter. If your service says "women only", by UK law at least you're allowed to continue that service This doesn't matter in this situation, b/c by all legal counts Jess is a woman. So yes, if they refused her service because they believe she's a man, it's discriminationhttps://twitter.com/MForstater/status/1153777552915410946 …
Yes that's pretty much the same argument Yaniv made in the tribunal "they offer Brazilian waxing (i.e. for women ), I'm a woman why should I be excluded just because I have a penis and testes"

Because they specifically offer waxes for vaginas. She doesn't have one, so she doesn't get service. If she had one, and they refused? She'd have every right to cry discrimination.
-
And although I'd support the fact it would be discrimination in that case. I wouldn't support Yaniv all the same. She's shown her self to be abusive, predatory and extremely creepy - on that basis alone - literally anyone can deny her services in intimate areas.

What is it that makes Yaniv a bad apple for making this argument, and not just someone who doesn't understand the technical differences involved in waxing different types of genitals?
