doesn't matter. If your service says "women only", by UK law at least you're allowed to continue that service This doesn't matter in this situation, b/c by all legal counts Jess is a woman. So yes, if they refused her service because they believe she's a man, it's discriminationhttps://twitter.com/MForstater/status/1153777552915410946 …
My Q though is... Yaniv is a "bad
" but say a male person w gender ID woman demands that women who give massages only to women also attend to their naked body: u see as quite a different situation? Not a bad
but totally normal & any discomfort the woman feels is bigotry?

"demands"? If you offer a service for women but refuse one woman because she's trans, or gay or black or whatever - how is this not textbook discrimination?

Yes that's pretty much the same argument Yaniv made in the tribunal "they offer Brazilian waxing (i.e. for women ), I'm a woman why should I be excluded just because I have a penis and testes"

I give massages. To be honest I wouldn't be comfortable with that. That's due to the unfortunate reality of experiences with males asking for 'extras.' Especially for women working out of their own homes, it's not good.
