      Trying to understand your argument. Are you saying Mauritius doesn’t pose any risk as an enabler of tax avoidance or that because every is doing it’s it’s not a problem?

      I'm saying if there is nothing at all interesting or troublesome about Mr Geldof's investment structure then its irresponsible to present it as if there is.

      And relying on celebrity 'scandal' is a cheap trick which suggests there may not be much else that is interesting or troublesome in the rest of #mauritiusleaks (I don't know, i haven't looked closely - if there is a real story why not lead with that instead of a nonsense story?)

          There's a research paper from @TARC2013 available at https://tarc.exeter.ac.uk/media/universityofexeter/businessschool/documents/centres/tarc/publications/discussionpapers/Gamannossi_Rablen_Relative_Avoidance.pdf … which supports that very point.
