Best bit for me was the atheist analogy. Niall Boylan gets it, and was able to ask robust questions without being in any way disrespectful. It's hard to do, amid so much intimidation. Good on him.
It is hard to do, but also simple. It can be summarised in one tweet. "People have different beliefs. It is not hateful not to share someone's belief". All the people standing on the sidelines of this debate saying "it's all so complex & toxic, I'm going to say nothing..."
