Maybe. That's why i said the gallery should have been open and put out a clear statement - we made a mistake e.g. in promoting this exhibition to primary schools, and not having age restrictions. This is how we made that mistake. This is how we've fixed it. This is what we learnt

I'm glad u enjoyed the show. As i say Im not condemning it. I am bored of this cycle though where people paid to do a job, like run the Hayward Gallery, dont do it properly. Women complain about safeguarding. Fixes done quietly. Complainers pointed to as pearl clutching hysterics

Cathy, you replied to an old tweet of mine. I responded to your direct question. Neither of which is me "still complaining". But no I don't think adequate lessons are learnt when orgs sweep mistakes under the carpet rather than examining what went wrong
