Yes, we are in the fortunate position of being forewarned. The UK could take the lead, so many people are having their lives destroyed by the trans money making machine and an ideology that allows for experiments on the bodies of children.
The UK (thanks to seriously impressive grassroots organising) can be the site for 'positive deviance' in solving the problem globally of how to protect both women's & trans people's rights. It shouldn't be impossible. Politicians & others w power need to step up now, like
