Rights Info says there are 9 protected characteristics in the Equality Act 2010 and then it lists 8. Which one do you think it leaves out?https://twitter.com/EachOtherUk/status/1145078234448633856 …

Has
@AdamWagner1 responded to you yet, Maya? Because its starting to look like a pattern with him, where he studiously dodges this issue. -
No. I got a response to my official complaint from "the Rights Info Team" (who has a complaints process which is responded to by 'the team'??.... what kind of accountability process works like that??). I think the Trustees need to take responsibilityhttps://twitter.com/MForstater/status/1142917571416612864 …

It is almost as if they don't understand the difference between 'sex' and 'gender' .... Could it be true that they are confused about these two words and what they actually mean?

Why are women having to alert orgs they are not complying with legislation. Given Penny Mordunt asserted no change to EA 2010. Isn't it about time the
@EHRCChair stepped up and made it clear what the protected characteristics are and ensured compliance by UK orgs? -
This has been going on over the last two days and I never got wind of it. That seems surprising to me because I follow a lot of women who I would have expected to advertise it. They are talking law changing stuff. Limiting funding if LGBT inclusion isn't measurable etc.pic.twitter.com/pWKrH27joV
