Then three weeks 'come back after summer when its dies down'. Now told he can't return to school next year

As many as people can come up with. But there are two only two sexes, and when a form asks for someone's 'gender' what it really means is means is their sex (which is is the context which sparked the argument between the teacher and the boy)

Teen 1 sexually assaults a wee girl but is let off by Scottish courts & can go to Glasgow Uni Dental School. Teen 2 states biological facts, posts discussion with teacher on Twitter and is expelled by school. In Scotland it seems the unforgivable crime is to embarrass authority.

This is very poor behaviour by the Council and School. I hope they are taken to Judicial Review and pay a heavy price for their prejudice and stupidity.

@WingsScotland It's Aberdeenshire Council -
Council are going 2 have 2 advise schools to inform both pupils and parents that because their schools are inclusive they believe and will uphold that there are more than 2 genders and if a pupil states otherwise they could face being expelled. I am upset for this child and 1/2

Diabolical. Suspend for breaking the videoing rules by all means, but exclusion for questioning the rewriting of history is totalitarian. Serves in sending a msg to all other students re 'gender' compliance - 'this is what will happen if you dare question'.
