I work in a very niche area of law which is entirely dependent upon institutional sex discrimination against women . It has over the last 10 (or so years) made up the biggest proportion of the ET’s claims. It no longer collects sex disaggregated data. Only gender.

I don’t presume the gender of my clients. I can’t enter their sex. Just spoken to my regulatory body which has also changed its data capture from sex to gender. Lots of mismatch between their old data on sex and new data on gender. Almost as tho they are 2 different things...
