i.e. is it in the interests of the charities purpose to continue to no platform gender critical voices? Or was that a mistake that should be rectified (given for example that the Scottish gov has recognised the need for more consultation)? This is for the trustees to call.

It could be argued then that the trustees and staff need to be reminded of the implications of point 3 - that they must not have a conflict of interest or loyalty to. Ignoring sex-based rights in favour of trans rights is a clear bias. No?
