Point is its the board's responsibility. Team says 'we're just a small org ' but CEO says GC views = transphobic & it's fine to call those w them TERFs

Escalate to the charities commission. They probably won't investigate unless there have been financial irregularities but it at least creates a paper trail for when the SHTF. Tide is turning, some orgs need to beware of being caught with their trousers down.
