I think we probably know the answer. It's just easier for them to play ball & avoid the inevitable protest. The cowards' way out. I have no doubt that Katja Iversen knows exactly why we still need to think & talk in terms of sex rather than gender.

Yes. I think there is a view that pragmatically we all know what women & girls & in practice use the female sex definition regularly, but we can just concede this word in order to be nice and inclusive? (And avoid trouble)
