Mermaids says it does not encourage one pathway

This is what the EHRC say in their technical guidance to schools. The EHRC do not say it is "ideal" for children to be able to self identify into facilities of the opposite sex. And on reflection neither did the Scouts.pic.twitter.com/bf44Z0yJB6
