Why do self identified "gender critical" feminists insist on ignoring trans men? It's almost like there's an agenda going on that they don't want to talk about.

It could also be dealt with using far less drastic and more proportional means. 99 people got gender recognition certs in Ireland last year. Why should the trans community, a tiny minority, be regulated on the assumption that they're all violent criminals?

Aisling. Would you please stop misrepresenting, it will help our discussion. We don't exclude males from places where women are undressing/ vulnerable etc or from womens sports because anyone thinks all males are violent criminals.

I find "women's rights could be protected with different rules" an unconvincing argument when in practice what is happening is that womens single sex spaces are *all* being pushed to include males based on gender self id (even the Equality Act 2010 allows single *sex* spaces)

Women are far more likely to be attacked at home, or walking down the street, than in a changing room. We cannot prevent all violent crime. We don't regulate society at large under a false assumption that we can.
