Why do self identified "gender critical" feminists insist on ignoring trans men? It's almost like there's an agenda going on that they don't want to talk about.

I walked the streets, knocking on doors, on actual crucial feminist issues (repealing the 8th) with my trans siblings. "Feminists" who never fought this fight...

That's great but policy issues cannot be decided on a simple friends-and-foes basis. eg. Should women in prison be forced to share w ppl w male bodies? (In Ireland I understand this is not the case, but in UK this policy was pushed thru without analysis of the impact on women)pic.twitter.com/aHZb90fJxv

So lobby for better policy dealing with the tiny subset (violent criminals) of an already tiny subset (the trans community) of society. I don't expect to be regulated based on the assumption every woman is Myra Hindley.

No. We don't separate men and women in prison because we think all men are Ian Brady, but but for the welfare, dignity and safety of all (and to avoid pregnancy) . These are UN minimum standards for prisons.

Why is it not OK to lobby for women to continue to be protected by these basic minimum standards?
