Why do self identified "gender critical" feminists insist on ignoring trans men? It's almost like there's an agenda going on that they don't want to talk about.

So lobby for better policy dealing with the tiny subset (violent criminals) of an already tiny subset (the trans community) of society. I don't expect to be regulated based on the assumption every woman is Myra Hindley.

No. We don't separate men and women in prison because we think all men are Ian Brady, but but for the welfare, dignity and safety of all (and to avoid pregnancy) . These are UN minimum standards for prisons.

The question of whether *these* women's safety and mental health should be compromised (versus other options for safeguarding transwomen in prison) should not be brushed aside by saying women & transwomen have been allies on other issues, surely?

I didn't say it should. I simply said we do not regulate the majority of society based on what a tiny subset may do. Should we imprison all males at birth because they're more likely than females to commit violence?
