Why do self identified "gender critical" feminists insist on ignoring trans men? It's almost like there's an agenda going on that they don't want to talk about.

Mary. This is not what people are arguing. People can genuinely have gender dysphoria & genuinely have a feeling of gender identity. But this does not change their sex. So the question is should these genuine feelings override fairness & dignity of others in single sex spaces?
Separately yes people are *also* concerned that policies that allow males to have access to vulnerable women based on 'self identification' will be abused. For example this is evidence given to parliament by the President of the British Assoc of Gender Identity Specialistspic.twitter.com/rVGslrIOn1

I don't see gender critical women ignoring women who identify as trans. There is particular concern about the massive rise in young, same-sex attracted women experiencing dysphoria and becoming convinced that they need major body modifications to be happy.

Children, women & men experiencing gender dysphoria & body dysmorphia need careful clinical support for their mental health, w caution over medical intervention, not to be politicised as evidence that *other* people are genuine or that women should not be allowed boundaries
