Perhaps you could share your take on gender reassignment discrimination? What’s the comparator if a trans woman says she’s been discriminated against on the basis of this characteristic? We know that for sex discrimination it’s men v women. How does this one work? @RadFemLawyer

...would "I'll raise this with the team" be an adequate response the first time it's raised to you, second? third? At what point should those people lose faith?

I understand and will raise it. I do ask though that if you have specific complaints about content that you (and anyone else on this thread) raise them via the complaints policy. This is more direct than raising them with me on Twitter.https://rightsinfo.org/complaints-policy-of-rightsinfo/ …

Can you imagine eliminating race as a protected category? Or renaming it to suit white people? But eliminating sex to suit males is OK, apparently.

So glad Adam has replied to you on this. I was very disappointed with his response to the GRA consultation. I felt he only looked at the trans person and their individual rights and did not consider the impact to the individual woman whose sex based rights will be impacted.

It has not been established that gender critical beliefs fall under the protected characteristic of philosophical belief. One can argue that political belief is not philosophical, and that being Tory, Brexiteer/Remainer, or GC are not protected characteristics.
