Perhaps you could share your take on gender reassignment discrimination? What’s the comparator if a trans woman says she’s been discriminated against on the basis of this characteristic? We know that for sex discrimination it’s men v women. How does this one work? @RadFemLawyer

I don't know the answer to that sorry, it's not something I have thought through yet. Do you have a suggestion?

We have asked you more than a month ago to consider this debate. And you have been ignoring us. So I do not think you have not thought it through. You are refusing to think it through. Because you know the starting position, that a penis is female if a male says so, is absurd.

Hi Alessandra. I don’t want to minimise the seriousness of the issue, or your experiences. Il trying to figure out what the answer is, and the best way I have of doing that is to see what the law is, and says, the effect it has.

You have every right to be annoyed with me, if you feel I’m fence sitting, or misunderstanding the issue, or failing to empathise. If you want me to come out strongly on one ‘side’ then I’m afraid you are going to continue to be annoyed, and disappointed.
