The organisation that you are responsible does not respond when people raise this issue https://twitter.com/2010Equality/status/1098514076194521088 …. It did not commission any gender critical expert views either during or since the GRA consultation, and has argued that these are not 'voices that matter'

Thanks Maya. I will raise this with the team.

Surely the Chair of the Board of Directors of a human rights charity that is repeatedly and wilfully misrepresenting UK equalities law by replacing sex with gender has a duty to raise this point with the Board & CEO? Particularly as a human rights barrister?

Maya you are a star. And again I was too nice. It is too right that we have asked clarity several times, and have been completely ignored. And referred to with terms of abuse. At the very least,
@rights_info is out of control. At worse, it is pursuing a clear agenda against women -
Either way Adam can’t just sit back and do nothing about it. There’s a clash of rights here. Females & people who have undergone gender reassignment are both protected by law & the whole of society is affected. We need a sensible, respectful debate where everyone has a voice.
