Gender critical feminists (& anyone who recognises that bodily privacy from from members of the opposite sex is appropriate in some situations and that sex matters for fairness in sport) are not trying to deny trans people rights or identity.

Male people don't have right to compete in women's sport or to be in spaces where women are undressing, sleeping or otherwise vulnerable. This is not to say that all male people would seek to harm women in these situations, but basic fairness, dignity & privacy means sex matters.pic.twitter.com/WgpPg6RYJ9

The Q of how to sensitively accommodate people who believe there is no such thing as male & female bodies, & those who do, and who expect some privacy should be answered with integrity & real citizen participation

Actually, some men will exploit every loophole they can to access vulnerable women and children. We see that play out in almost every aspect of life. Most of our objections are to males regardless of gender ID accessing female spaces, which we rely on to be safe
