I did the form and it says I’m blocked but I checked and I’m not. Is this some email gathering exercise? It’s a bit unfair if it isn’t accurate.

The form doesn’t tell you if you are blocked- it says check if you are blocked first - and if you are and want to answer the questions then go for it.
