I have no qualms about calling a man who has gone through the stages of counselling, hormone treatments and a frighteningly painful operation, a woman. A bloke who says he's a woman today is not one.
It's similar to other articles by left-leaning media interviewing ultra-conservatives about Islam and anti-muslim issues. Yet to see mostly men asked about their view on systematic discrimination of women in religious settings or treatment of minorities. It's poor journalism.
